Upgrade your Rawrr Mantis X 72V Electric Dirt Bike with this high-performance 54T rear sprocket by BLR TUNING. Precision CNC-machined from ultra-strong and lightweight 7075 T6 billet aluminum, this sprocket is anodized black for durability and a sleek, aggressive look.

Designed for 420 pitch chains—just like the stock setup—this sprocket is a direct upgrade from the factory 51 tooth sprocket. By increasing to 54 teeth, you’ll gain more torque, stronger acceleration, and snappier throttle response, while sacrificing a small amount of top speed. In our shop test bike "Yoshi," with a 220 lb rider, we still hit 50 MPH...!!! It pulls wheelies with ease. Be ready for some serious torque!

STOCK FACTORY CHAIN SIZE - 420 CHAIN - 116 LINKS (COUNTING MASTER) - 58 inch TOTAL LENGTH

Installation Notes:

• This sprocket is compatible with the stock 420 pitch chain.
• To use the stock chain length, you'll need to modify the rear brake caliper bracket to allow more forward wheel travel—this is a simple, no-cost mod. (See our photo for reference.)
• Alternatively, you can install a longer aftermarket chain, or add 2 extra 420 pitch links to your stock chain. The stock factory chain is 116 links in total. (THIS IS COUNTING THE MASTER LINK)
•  Please keep in mind our install was done on a brand new bike with a brand new chain. It has come to our attention that if you have around 200 mi on the bike. Your chain is now stretched enough to where you will not need to add any chain links. You will not need to modify anything either. 200 mi is kind of the sweet spot. The sprocket will bolt right up on your bike.

Torque Specs & Installation Requirements:

• Sprocket Bolts: 33 ft-lbs
• Brake Caliper Mount Bolts: 18 ft-lbs
• Rear Axle Nut: 63 ft-lbs

Required Installation Products:

• Medium-strength blue thread locker must be used on the sprocket bolts and brake caliper mount bolts.
• Do NOT use thread locker on the axle nut.
• Synthetic grease must be applied to the rear axle during reassembly.

THE FOLLOWING IMAGE SHOWS HOW TO MODIFY THE REAR BRAKE CALIPER BRACKET SO YOU CAN USE THE STOCK CHAIN AND FIT UP TO A 54T SPROCKET - IF YOU'RE CHAIN HAS 200 MI ON IT YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO THIS MODIFICATION AS YOUR CHAIN IS ALREADY STRETCHED ENOUGH.

CAUTION: 

Before you place your order. Take a look at your stock factory chain on your MANTIS X. If it is the 420 chain then this will fit perfectly. If it is the 520H or 525 chain or any other size. Then this kit will not fit your bike whatsoever. The Sprocket would be the wrong size and the wrong bolt pattern. The chain would be the wrong size. None of it would work. When Rawrr first launched the Mantis X in 2025 it came equipped with a 420 chain and 420 front and rear sprocket. Then about halfway through the year they switched to a different chain and sprocket setup without saying anything about it. So you must inspect your bike before you place an order. This will only fit the 420 factory setup. This is a custom order. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for this product.
