To maintain the integrity of our brand and business, we have implemented strict policies regarding customer behavior on our website (www.blrtuning.co) and our Etsy shop. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate termination of service, denial or cancellation of future orders, and potentially legal action. These policies are non-negotiable and are in place to protect our brand: BLR Tuning, BLR TUNING, BLRTUNING, BLR TUNING LLC, and BLR TUNING SCORP

 19-1. Chargebacks & Credit Card Scams  
   Any attempt to dispute a legitimate charge or engage in a credit card scam will result in an immediate ban. This includes initiating chargebacks or attempts to reverse a payment after goods or services have been received. We take these issues very seriously, and all chargeback attempts will be met with swift legal action.

 19-2. Fraud or Attempted Fraud  
   Any attempt to commit fraud or engage in deceptive practices, such as providing false information or trying to cheat the payment system, will result in immediate termination of your access to our platforms. We will not hesitate to report fraudulent activity to the proper authorities and pursue criminal charges.

   If we detect behavior that appears to be malicious or intentionally harmful to our business, our systems, or other customers, we will take immediate action. This includes but is not limited to attempts to exploit vulnerabilities, spread misinformation, or damage our reputation. In such cases, we will seek legal advice and potentially pursue legal action to protect our brand and intellectual property.

   Once you have been found to violate any of our policies, we will no longer provide customer service or answer any inquiries from you. This includes any questions about orders, products, or general information. All further attempts to communicate with us will be ignored, and any new orders placed by you will be denied or canceled without hesitation. This includes our whole business and anything related to our business.

   We will take all violations seriously. If we believe your actions are criminal or intended to harm our business, we will consult legal professionals before taking any formal steps. We will not hesitate to file charges against individuals who engage in illegal activities related to fraud, chargebacks, or malicious conduct on our platforms.

   These policies are in place without exception. Any actions that violate these rules will result in an immediate ban from our website and Etsy shop. Additionally, any further interactions or attempts to place orders will be flagged, and future business will be denied.

   We reserve the right to protect our brand and business from any behavior we deem harmful, unethical, or illegal. Our top priority is ensuring that BLR TUNING and all associated entities operate smoothly, free from fraud, scams, or malicious actors.

By adhering to these rules, we BLR TUNING ensure a safe and trusted environment for all legitimate customers. Violators will be dealt with severely to safeguard the business.

SECTION 20 - DISCOUNT CODES, SPECIAL LIMITED TIME OFFERS

All sales using a discount code at checkout or over the phone are final. No cancellation will be accepted. No returns will be accepted. All discount codes can only be used 1 at a time. (For example you can't use a code for 10% off and then another code for 15% off in the same checkout / sale) If a product says it's ON SALE on our website a discount code may still be applied at checkout. If we advertised a specific COLLECTION or COLLECTIONS of products at a discounted price when using a code at checkout. You need to go to that COLECTION of products and add the part you want from that section of our website or the DISCOUNT CODE may not work. When we advertise a COLECTION page with a discount. The discount code is only applied to that section. Scheduled SALE / DISCOUNT start dates and end dates are final.

MAP Pricing Policy

Our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy is designed to protect the integrity and value of our products and ensure a consistent, fair, and competitive market for all our dealers and distributors. MAP pricing refers to the minimum price at which our products can be advertised to consumers. This price is set by us and is not a requirement for the actual sale price; however, it ensures that our products are not advertised at a discount below the specified minimum.

We expect all dealers and distributors to comply with our MAP pricing when advertising our products. Any advertisement of our products that falls below the set MAP, including pricing listed on websites, online marketplaces, or other promotional materials, is prohibited. This policy is important for maintaining fair competition and preventing price erosion that could negatively impact our brand value, product quality perception, and the profitability of our authorized dealers and distributors.

We reserve the right to take corrective action, which may include discontinuing business relationships or withholding shipments, if we find any violation of our MAP pricing policy. It is critical that all partners adhere to this policy to help us maintain the long-term health of the brand and to support the success of our network of dealers and distributors.

SECTION 22 - TUNING OR MODIFYING YOUR VEHICLE - READ THIS SECTION

Legal Disclaimer for Tuning and Parts Purchases

By purchasing products or services from BLR TUNING, BLRTUNING, or BLR TUNING LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they are binding upon use of our website, products, and services.

First and foremost, custom tuning, ECU flash tuning, downloading tune files, adjusting fuel ratios (AFR), volumetric efficiency (VE), ignition timing, using Dynojet devices, or utilizing tune/map files from BLR TUNING or any other offered on our website, are expressly intended for track, closed course, or off-road use only. By purchasing or downloading via device, email, text, or in person from us/BLR TUNING, you acknowledge and confirm that the vehicle being modified or serviced is designated for track, closed course, or off-road use.

1. Modification Risks

   • Modifying or "modding" your vehicle carries inherent risks. Vehicle dealerships or service centers may determine that such modifications have caused damage to your vehicle or have voided your warranty.
   • If you are concerned about potential damage, warranty implications, or other risks, we strongly recommend against modifying your vehicle.
   • All modifications, including but not limited to tuning, ECU flashing, or the installation of aftermarket parts, should be performed by a professional.

2. Warranty and Service Considerations

   • If your vehicle has been tuned via ECU flash or with any aftermarket tuning device, it is your responsibility to return the vehicle to its stock configuration before seeking service at a dealership or service center.
