Mail-In ECU Flash Tuning

Prefer to mail in your ECU? Here's how:

1. Place Your Order: Ensure your motorcycle is listed in our supported vehicles section.

2. Provide Details: At checkout, use the note section to specify:

Year, make, and model of your motorcycle:

List of performance modifications affecting Air Intake and Exhaust and Performance, such as:

Slip-on exhaust
Full exhaust systems
RAM air intake systems
High-flow air filters
Modified air boxes
Removed snorkels
Velocity stacks
Larger throttle bodies
Camshaft upgrades
Catalytic converter deletes
Stock headers with mid-pipe cat deletes and slip-ons

Note: Feature availability will vary depending on your motorcycle's ECU. Not all Models will have all of these Features.

Important Notes:

Check Engine Light: Post-flash, some bikes may display a check engine light or enter limp mode. This is normal and should resolve within approximately 50 miles of riding. If it does not turn off the check engine light after 50 miles. You may have to have a dealership or service center plug into the bikes diagnostics port and clear all the codes. We cannot predict whether or not your bike will experience a check engine light after we flash the ECU. Some bikes will and some bikes won't.

EXAMPLE: You have two of the exact same bike with the exact same modifications and the exact same ECU. One bike has a code after ECU was flashed. The other bike has no codes. This is a perfect example of what can and most likely will happen in some scenarios. We have seen it happen ourselves.

It should also be noted that some bikes, especially 2016 or newer. When you disconnect things like an exhaust servo motor, pair valve (AIS) sensor, charcoal canister (EVAP) sensor, O2 sensor (OXYGEN SENSOR) Can throw an engine code when the sensor is actually removed. Even if we turn off the settings in the ECU.

If there is a code after we flash the ECU. If everything seems to be working correctly. Ride the bike. Most likely the code will go away within 20 to 50 mi. If the code has not gone away within 100 miles. Take it to a dealership or service center and have them clear the code / codes.

UNSURE IF YOUR ECU IS SUPPORTED - If you are unsure on how to read the part number from the ECU. Let us know before you place an order. For Most models the ECU part number is not always displayed entirely on top of the ECU label. You may only see a part of the actual part number. If you're uncertain send us a photo via email before you place an order and we can assure you whether or not your ECU is supported. Include the YEAR, MAKE, AND MODEL of the vehicle that the ECU belongs to.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, SOME OPTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE ECU FOR SOME BIKES. FOR EXAMPLE, NOT ALL BIKES HAVE THROTTLE RESPONSE ADJUSTMENTS IN THE ECU TUNING. THIS IS USUALLY FOUND ON NEWER BIKES THAT USE DRIVE BY WIRE FOR THE THROTTLE. WITH THAT BEING SAID WE WILL ADJUST EVERYTHING THAT WE HAVE ACCESS TO.

EVEN A COMPLETELY STOCK BIKE CAN BENEFIT TREMENDOUSLY FROM DOING A ECU FLASH AND REMOVING THE RESTRICTIONS.

We will reflash your ECU at no extra cost, you will only need to pay shipping for us to send back the ECU. As long as you own that bike with that same ECU we will take care of you. Lets say you just added a full exhaust system and your ditching that amazon slip-on that we already built a tune for and flashed your ECU six months ago. Well we have you covered. Send in the ECU to us and include a prepaid label in the box for us to send back the ECU to you. IN THE BOX - Be sure to include year, make, model. A list of all mods. Include your original Order Number. Send us an email letting us know your ECU is on the way. Or if you have any questions.

WE DO OFFER IN-HOUSE ECU FLASH TUNING AS WELL. FOR ANY BIKE THAT IS BEING DROPPED OFF IN PERSON. WHETHER WE HAVE TO REMOVE THE ECU AND PUT THE BIKE BACK TOGETHER FOR YOU OR IF WE ARE JUST PLUGGING DIRECTLY INTO THE BIKE. WE CHARGE LABOR COST. IF YOU ALREADY PURCHASED A FULL CUSTOM TUNE FROM US YOU WON'T PAY ANYTHING ADDITIONAL FOR ANY FUTURE TUNING HOWEVER THE LABOR COST WOULD STILL APPLY IF YOU ARE BRINGING US THE BIKE. IF YOU ARE MAILING IN THE ECU OR HAND DELIVERING THE ECU ALREADY OFF OF THE BIKE THEN YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY THE LABOR CHARGE. IF YOU ARE MAILING IN THE ECU YOU'D BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST ONLY.

WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE POPS AND BANGS BUILT INTO YOUR TUNE IF THAT'S WHAT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR. WE CAN TRY AND GET IT AS LOUD AND ROWDY AS YOU WANT IT. HOWEVER EACH VEHICLE IS DIFFERENT. EACH ECU HAS DIFFERENT SETTINGS. THIS CAN NEVER BE A GUARANTEED THING. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE IT AS SUCH.
