Take your H2-powered UTV to the next level with the BLR TUNING 3-Port Air/Oil Separating Catch Can (AOS) — a purpose-built baffled & filtered system engineered for the 2025–2026 Kawasaki TERYX5 H2 Deluxe eS, TERYX4 H2 Deluxe eS, and TERYX4.
Designed, tested, and manufactured in-house in the USA, this is the first dedicated catch can kit available for the H2 UTV platform — and it follows the same proven layout we used on the Kawasaki ZH2, where we achieved over 230 horsepower. Nobody knows the H2 motor platform like BLR TUNING.
WHY YOU NEED THIS CATCH CAN
The Kawasaki H2 engine isn’t your typical side-by-side powerplant — it’s a superbike motor, and when you start pushing boost, RPM, and power, it absolutely requires proper crankcase ventilation.
Without a catch can, blow-by, unburned fuel, and oil vapor get pulled straight into the intake, then redistributed through the supercharger.
At higher boost and higher RPM, this contamination causes cutting out, loss of power, and inconsistent performance.
Our 3-Port AOS system eliminates these issues by:
- Preventing blow-by and oil from entering the intake
- All Blow-By now goes to the Catch Can
- Feeding clean, filtered air back to the intake
- Venting the engine case through a BLR TUNING–modified OEM oil cap
- Using OIL CAP hose routing designed so any oil pushed upward drains back down through the Vented Oil Cap into the motor
- Keeping the supercharger and intake system clean, consistent, and ready for more boost

Each unit is hand-assembled, drilled, tapped, and checked for proper ventilation right here at BLR TUNING. Because of this, expect a 2-week build period before your catch can ships.

INSTALLATION:
- We designed this kit to be as plug-and-play as possible.
- All fittings come pre-threaded and clocked correctly
- Hoses are pre-cut to exact length
- Includes drill bit and scribe tool for perfect mounting
- Includes a tube of blue medium strength thread locker
- Install time: ~30 minutes following our video
- Requires only basic tools
If you can tighten hose clamps, you can install this kit.
OPTIONAL ADD-ON: SOLD SEPARATELY
You can add our Catch Can Filter/Breather (sold separately).
If using the breather, do not submerge the vehicle in water — the breather sits roughly mid-door height.
