FITS: 2019 - 2024 CAN-AM RYKER 600, 900 ACE, RALLY, SPORT

Ceramic brakes are crucial when you start boosting your Ryker’s power. Why? Because as you add horsepower and torque, the stress on your braking system increases. Factory pads can struggle under that added pressure, leading to longer stopping distances and quicker wear. Ceramic brakes, on the other hand, handle high-performance demands with ease, giving you superior heat dissipation, reduced brake fade, and smoother, quieter stops.

This kit includes ceramic brake pads for both the right and left front wheels, as well as for the rear wheel — Everything you need for a seamless upgrade. Installation is hassle-free, with no cutting, drilling, or modifications required. Just bolt them in, and you're ready to take your Ryker to the next level of performance!

BEDDING IN THE BRAKE PADS:

To get the best performance and longest life out of your new ceramic brake pads, proper Bed-In (BURNISHING) is essential. This process allows the pads to evenly transfer material to the rotor surface and ensures consistent braking.

Follow these steps before aggressive riding:
  1.  2–3 slow, gradual stops - From ~12 MPH down to a near stop Gently drag the brake, do not come to a full, sudden stop
  2.  2–3 medium-speed stops - From ~18 MPH down to zero Use moderate braking force while still avoiding abrupt stops
  3.  2–3 hard stops - From ~18 MPH down to zero Apply firm pressure, just short of locking up or losing traction
This process mates the pad material to the rotor, minimizing uneven wear and maximizing pad life. Skipping this step can lead to poor performance, noise, or premature wear — even with high-quality ceramic pads.
