Can-Am Ryker Secondary Clutch Maintenance Tool Kit
The BLR TUNING Can-Am Ryker Secondary Clutch Maintenance Tool Kit comes with the essential tools you need to disassemble and perform maintenance on the CVT secondary clutch found on 2019–2026 Can-Am Ryker models.
This kit includes everything you need to access and service the internal components of the secondary clutch, including the rollers, helix, helix spring, and helix spring caps / spring bushings.

These are the tools you will need to disassemble and service the Can-Am Ryker secondary clutch.
What Can You Service?
With this tool kit, you can disassemble the secondary clutch and perform maintenance or replacement of:
- - Secondary clutch rollers
- - Helix
- - Helix spring
- - Helix spring caps
- - Helix spring bushings
How the Tools Are Used:
- The Can-Am Ryker secondary clutch is held together by four T40 Torx bolts.
- Once the four T40 bolts are removed, the secondary clutch can be opened, exposing the T27 roller bolts, roll pins, helix, helix spring, and helix spring plastic end caps / spring bushings.
- The 1/8-inch roll pin punch tool is then used to punch out the roll pins that lock the roller bolts in place.
- Once the roll pins have been removed, the T27 Torx socket can be used to remove the roller bolts that the secondary clutch rollers are mounted on.
This allows you to remove and replace the rollers and access the other internal secondary clutch components.
