Upgrade and service your Can-Am Ryker secondary clutch with our upgraded composite rollers, available with direct-replacement roll pins and Replacement domed ribbed lock washers.

 

These rollers are an upgrade over the factory OEM rollers and are manufactured from a durable composite material. They are designed as a direct AFFORDABLE replacement for the OEM factory rollers.

REPLACEMENT ROLL PINS

 

You also have the option to purchase these rollers with direct-replacement roll pins.

 

The roll pins are installed through the Can-Am Ryker secondary clutch and directly through the OEM bolts. The roll pins help secure and lock the bolt in position.

 

Properly replacing the roll pins is an important part of servicing the secondary clutch.

 

You can also purchase a separate set of our upgraded heavy-duty stainless steel roll pins if you are looking to further beef up the clutch assembly.

REPLACEMENT DOMED RIBBED LOCK WASHERS

 

You also have the option to include Replacement Domed Ribbed Lock Washers with your Rollers.

 

These washers are designed as a direct replacement for the factory domed lock washers used in the secondary clutch.

 

IMPORTANT WASHER ORIENTATION

 

The domed/curved portion of the washer must be installed in the correct direction.

 

- Domed/curved side: Faces toward the aluminum secondary clutch

- Outward concave side: Faces toward the head of the bolt

 

Correct washer orientation is important when reassembling the secondary clutch.

WHY REPLACE THE ROLLERS, ROLL PINS & WASHERS?

 

The Can-Am Ryker secondary clutch contains multiple moving components that should be inspected whenever you are performing CVT maintenance or servicing the clutch.

 

Rollers can become worn, damaged, or completely destroyed over time. If you're already inside the clutch, it is good practice to inspect the rollers, roll pins, washers, bolts, and other components for wear or damage.

 

The proper way to service the roller assembly is to replace the:

 

- Rollers

- Domed ribbed lock washers

- Roll pins

 

Replacing these components together helps ensure that you're not installing new rollers onto worn or compromised hardware.

 

These upgraded composite rollers are better than the OEM factory rollers, while still being more affordable than the heavy-duty roller option.

The secondary clutch contains multiple moving parts, and components can wear or become damaged over time. this is the nature of the CVT clutches. all of the moving parts are considered Wear Parts which means they WEAR OUT.

 

If you are replacing the rollers, we recommend replacing the rollers, domed ribbed lock washers, and roll pins together rather than reusing worn hardware.
