ALL RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS WILL HAVE A 7% CANCELATION FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE ORIGINAL TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE ORDER. THIS IS TO HELP COVER CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD FEES. WE HAVE NO WAY TO DETERMINE WHEN YOUR BANK WILL PROCESS THE REFUND. SOME BANKS WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY WHILE OTHERS CAN TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. ALL CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS THAT ARE CUSTOM-MADE BUILT TO ORDER PRODUCTS, A CUSTOM TUNE INSTALLED ON A TUNING DEVICE THAT WE SHIPPED OUT WILL HAVE A 10% CANCELLATION FEE RATHER THAN THE 7% LISTED ABOVE. THIS INCLUDES ANY OF OUR GRILLS MADE FROM METAL, ANY OF OUR 3D PRINTED PARTS. THESE PARTS ARE MADE TO ORDER. THIS MEANS WE DON'T USUALLY HAVE THEM IN STOCK WE HAVE TO BUILD THEM WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. SO IF YOU WANT TO RETURN, CANCEL, OR GET ISSUED A REFUND ON ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS YOU WILL BE CHARGED A MANDATORY 10% FEE THAT WILL COME OUT OF YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD DEDUCTED FROM THE RETURN/REFUND IF A RETURN, CANCELLATION, OR REFUND IS APPROVED. IF YOU SCHEDULED A TUNING APPOINTMENT WITH US, WHETHER IT IS IN PERSON OR VIA EMAILED TUNE. YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO CANCEL THAT APPOINTMENT AND REQUEST A REFUND. AFTER 24 HOURS WE WILL BE CHARGING A $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE. THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUNDED AMOUNT.
FOR ALL DYNOJET PV3, PV4 RETURNS -
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT EXCEPT A RETURN. IF YOU SEND A DEVICE BACK TO US WITHOUT REQUESTING A REFUND OR RETURN WE WILL SHIP IT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE FOR THE SHIPPING COST. THIS IS A DISCOUNTED PRICE YOUR BEING CHARGED. HOWEVER PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN RETURNING A TUNING DEVICE. THIS WILL BE HANDLED CASE BY CASE.

IF YOU MODIFY, MARK ON, REMOVE LABELS, CARVE INTO, RE-PIN WIRES, OR ADD JUMPER WIRES TO A WIRE HARNESS ON , OR FOR ANY DYNOJET DEVICE, OR ANY OF OUR DEVICES / PRODUCTS THAT WE SHIP, OR THE CABLES , CONTENTS THAT IT CAME WITH YOU HAVE VOIDED YOUR WARRANTY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A REFUND OR A RETURN WHATSOEVER. IF YOU SEND YOUR DEVICE BACK TO US AND WE HAVE FOUND THAT ANY OF THIS HAS TAKEN PLACE. WE WILL SHIP THE DEVICE RIGHT BACK TO YOU. IF FOR ANY REASON WE AGREED TO DO AN EXCHANGE, REFUND, OR REPLACEMENT AND THERE IS DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS / CABLES/CONNECTORS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THOSE ITEMS. IF WE ARE ISSUING A REFUND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER THE COST OF THOSE ITEMS WILL COME OUT OF THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD/REFUND. ECU FLASH TUNING: MAILED IN ECU, HAND DELIVERED ECU, OR IN HOUSE ECU FLASH -
Customer Liability and Policy Statement:
BLR TUNING provides ECU flash tuning services using Woolich Racing software. It is important to note the following policies regarding the handling and tuning of ECUs:

Shipping Liability: BLR TUNING is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the customer's ECU during shipment to or from our facilities.

Tuning Process: While every effort is made to ensure safe and effective ECU flash tuning, BLR TUNING is not liable for any damage that may occur to the ECU during the tuning process.

Woolich Racing Software: We utilize Woolich Racing software and data cables for ECU flash tuning. BLR TUNING is not affiliated with Woolich Racing, and Woolich Racing is not responsible for any damage to the ECU.

Customer Responsibility: By placing an order for ECU flash tuning, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your ECU. This includes understanding the risks involved, especially with older ECUs which may be more susceptible to damage.

Money Back Guarantee: We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with our custom tune, please contact us to arrange a refund. You will be required to send back the ECU, and we will return it to its stock configuration. Shipping costs will be your responsibility.
SECTION 4 -
CVT TRANSMISSION BELTS - We do not accept returns or refunds for CVT belts regardless of what brand they are. If a manufacturer claims any type of warranty, which would be stated on the packaging then you would need to go through the manufacturer for a return or exchange request. We cannot guarantee that they will honor that return or request whatsoever. That is completely out of our hands and up to the manufacturer. We are a third party distributor we do not manufacture these products. Therefore we cannot honor the manufacturers warranty whatsoever. We inspect all CVT belts before we package them up. This part of the return policy and refund policy is non-negotiable. We do not accept any return or refund on any CVT belts.
SPARK PLUGS - These are a non-returnable non-refundable item. We inspect them. We pre-gap them for your vehicle. If they were broken or damaged when you received them then you would need to go through our refund policy be sure to include a photo and your order number in the email. This will be handled case by case. If they are used or show any sign of being used or installed whatsoever or if the gap on them has been adjusted or tampered with whatsoever we will not accept them as a refund or return. If they are sent back to us and we find that they are not refundable we will be shipping them back to you and you will be billed for the shipping cost.
Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items -
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If we are charging you any FEES , like shipping cost or restocking fee, or convenience fees then you will be refunded after that amount is deducted from the original purchase cost. Your refund will always be applied to the original method that you made a payment with. In some cases your bank can take up to 10 business days or more to issue you the refund. This is not something we can control. Once we issue a refund there is nothing further that we can do to speed up the process. Please be patient.

LIGHTING RETURNS - REFUNDS

STEALTH LED ONE YEAR WARANTY -
Our stealth led underglow lighting comes with a one year replacement lighting warranty from date of purchase, only when order direcly through our website straight from US/BLR TUNING. If you have a led strip that fails within the one year let us know and we will replace that light strip one single time. You may need to cover shipping cost. You will need to ship your led light strip that has failed back to us. You will need to start a warranty claim first in order to be eligible. You can do this by sending us an email. If we advertised a specific COLLECTION or COLLECTIONS of products at a discounted price when using a code at checkout.
