The Razorback 3.2 CVT Belt Temperature Gauge Kit is the gold standard for monitoring real-time CVT belt temperature on belt-driven powersports vehicles. Designed for extreme environments and proven across UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, and the Can-Am Ryker, this system measures actual belt surface temperature — not ambient air — allowing you to react before excessive heat destroys your belt.
CVT belts are expensive. Excessive heat is their #1 killer.
Knowing when to back out of the throttle can dramatically extend belt life and prevent costly trail or roadside failures.

Using Your Own Mount?
If you are not purchasing one of our Razorback gauge pod mounts, your mounting system must accept a 2 1/16" (52.7mm) gauge with a corresponding 2.05" hole diameter.
Anodized Bezel Options:
The gauge comes standard with a Silver bezel. (THE RIM AROUND THE FRONT OF THE GAUGE)

Optional Razorback Gauge Pod Mounting Systems:
For a clean, professional installation, you may add one of our Razorback Gauge Pod Mounts, designed to mount to any flat surface. Holds the gauge in a pressure fit pod.

Allows both the Razorback gauge and DYNOJET Throttle Commander to mount cleanly in one location
Installation Notes:
- • Designed to run on accessory power so the gauge powers on automatically with the vehicle
- • Toggle switch controls menu navigation and brightness
- • Toggle switch can be discreetly mounted or installed inside the glove box
- • Requires drilling a ½-inch hole in the CVT housing plastic
- • Infrared sensor must be aimed directly at the center of the CVT belt
- • Sensor reads actual belt surface temperature, not air temperature

Razorback 3.2 CVT Exhaust Fan Compatibility:
The Razorback 3.2 CVT Belt Temperature Gauge is fan-control capable. This gauge features a dedicated output that allows it to directly control and power a Razorback CVT exhaust fan for side-by-side applications. When paired together, the gauge can automatically activate the fan based on CVT belt temperature, helping manage heat more effectively during hard riding, slow technical terrain, or high ambient temperatures.
Note: The Razorback CVT exhaust fan is sold separately and is not included with the 3.2 gauge kit. You can purchase the CVT BELT FAN - HERE
