The shell is constructed using the PB-SNC2 system, which employs a proprietary Z Resin developed in-house to bond multiple layers and materials more securely with less resin. Reinforced with Super Fiber and synthetic fibers, the shell exhibits excellent Glancing Off properties, providing superior impact resistance. Additional internal structural netting and a peripheral belt reinforce the shell further, maintaining a lightweight profile while increasing overall strength. The VAS Shield Mechanism features a dual-function lever that allows quick and easy removal of the shield and side cover, even while wearing gloves.
